Boiler.Marketing exists because boiler installers kept getting the same treatment from general agencies: furnace keywords, AC landing pages and reports that never mentioned an installed boiler. We built a service that only thinks about one kind of client: the company that installs residential boilers, combis and hydronic heating. We market them. We don't compete with them.
What we are, and what we're not
Short answer: a Canadian marketing and business consulting service for boiler installers, not a contractor.
We plan and run the marketing that brings boiler jobs to your phone: combi lead generation, hydronic SEO, websites, reviews and tracking. We also advise owners on the business side of marketing, such as how much to spend, which jobs to chase and how to read the numbers.
We are not a heating contractor. We don't install, repair, service or sell boilers or any other equipment, and we don't give technical, code or licensing advice. When a question belongs with your regulator, manufacturer or technician, we say so.
The group behind us
Short answer: Boiler.Marketing is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, headquartered in Vancouver, BC.
- Sedighi.ca is Ali's consulting company for growth, marketing and technology. Its family of brands takes in HVAC.Agency, HVAC.Digital, Trades.Agency, BusinessConsulting.ca and Conv.ca.
- SAZ.ca (Strategy & Acceleration Zone) is a Canadian firm that advises on strategy, AI and revenue acceleration. Ali Sedighi founded it and is its Founder and Managing Partner.
Boiler.Marketing draws on HVAC.Agency's methods, pricing and case studies, narrowed down to boiler work.
About Ali Sedighi, MBA
Short answer: Ali has spent 17+ years in digital marketing, holds an MBA in Technology Management and has built 150+ live HVAC websites, many of them for boiler work.
Ali Sedighi holds an MBA in Technology Management. He has 17+ years of experience in digital marketing, starting in 2007, when he founded ONE.ir, a full-service digital marketing agency. He now lives and works in Vancouver, British Columbia.
He is the founder of Conv.ca, a conversion-rate optimisation agency, and MyAutomation.ca, and the Founder and Managing Partner of SAZ.ca. He has worked with clients in Canada, the USA and Dubai.
Most relevant to boiler installers: Ali has built 150+ live HVAC websites, and a striking number of them are boiler sites. The portfolio includes CombiBoiler.ca, GasBoilers.ca, BoilerPart.ca, VancouverBoilers.ca, BurnabyBoiler.ca, EmergencyBoiler.ca and Boiler-Maintenance.ca. You can see what those projects achieved on the results page.
Ali's approach to boiler marketing comes from building those sites himself: deciding which pages a combi buyer needs, which towns deserve their own page and which numbers prove the work is paying. That hands-on background is why every strategy here starts with your margin per installed boiler, not with a list of channels.
Profiles: sedighi.ca, SAZ.ca, BusinessConsulting.ca and HVAC.Agency.
How we work with boiler installers
Short answer: start with your numbers, build what's missing, and report on installed boilers.
- Listen first. What do you install, where, and which jobs make you the most money? A combi swap, a full hydronic retrofit and a radiant slab are very different products.
- Free 7-day review. We audit your marketing and website performance, analyse your search visibility and compare you with the installers who appear first in your area. No credit card is needed.
- A plain plan. Costs, priorities, timeline and the cost-per-install target we'll report against.
- Build and run. Pages, campaigns, map listing and tracking, with your technician reviewing anything technical.
- Monthly honesty. If something isn't working, you'll hear it from us before you have to ask.
Who we work best with
Short answer: owner-led boiler and hydronic companies that want honest numbers and are willing to act on them.
The clients we serve well are installers who know their trade and want marketing that respects it: one to a few dozen staff, a clear service area and an owner who will look at cost per install every month. We're a poorer fit for companies that only want the cheapest clicks, or that can't answer the phone when leads arrive.
What we believe about boiler marketing
Short answer: specific beats general, honest beats clever, and owned beats rented.
- Specific beats general. A page about replacing a cast-iron boiler with a combi will outperform a page about "heating solutions".
- Honest beats clever. No fake reviews, no invented rebates, no promises of rankings or lead counts.
- Owned beats rented. Your domain, website, ad accounts and Business Profile should be in your company's name. If you leave, you take them with you.
