Questions boiler installers ask before hiring us

These are the questions boiler and hydronic installers ask most before they hire a marketing service: price, contracts, timelines, who owns what, how results are reported, and what's different if an agency disappointed you before.

If you've been burned by marketing before, you're not alone, and you should ask hard questions. Here are honest answers to the ones boiler installers ask us most. If yours isn't covered, call, text or email; you'll get a straight reply from a senior strategist.

Frequently asked questions

What does Boiler.Marketing cost?

Our three monthly plans cost $2,998, $4,498 and $8,998 (Starter, Growth and Elite). Websites are $3,500, $6,500 or $12,500 one-time, with monthly hosting and maintenance from $149. All prices are in Canadian dollars, plus GST/HST for Canadian clients based on their province (GST and QST in Quebec).

Is there a long-term contract?

No lock-in. You can begin with the free 7-day trial, which needs no credit card, and decide afterwards whether to continue.

What happens during the free 7-day trial?

We audit your current marketing, check your website's performance, analyse your SEO for boiler and hydronic terms and benchmark you against the installers who appear ahead of you. You get the findings whether or not you continue.

How soon will we get boiler calls?

Paid campaigns can produce calls within days of launch once pages and tracking are ready. Map listing improvements usually show within weeks to a few months, and SEO typically takes six to twelve months to carry real weight.

We tried an agency before and it didn't work. Why would this be different?

The most common reasons agencies fail boiler installers are mixing boiler and furnace traffic, sending clicks to the homepage and reporting clicks instead of jobs. We run boiler-only campaigns, build pages for each boiler service and report cost per installed boiler. If we can't show progress, you can leave.

Who owns the website, ad accounts and Business Profile?

You do. Your domain, website content, Google Ads account, analytics and Business Profile should all be in your company's name. If you leave, you keep them.

Will you promise rankings or a number of leads?

No. No honest marketer can promise rankings or lead counts, because search engines and customers decide those. We set targets together, report against them and explain what's working and what isn't.

What does the monthly report show?

Calls, texts and emails by source, booked estimates, installed boilers if you share job outcomes, cost per install, and what we're changing next month. Growth plans add weekly reporting and Elite adds a real-time dashboard.

Do you install, repair or service boilers?

No. Boiler.Marketing is a marketing and business consulting service. We don't install, repair, service or sell any heating equipment, and we never compete with our clients for jobs.

Can you market rebates for us?

Yes, when a rebate is open and applies to your equipment. We name the program, link the administrator's page and date the claim. Where no boiler rebate exists, which is the case in most provinces as of October 2026, we don't imply one.

Do you work with installers who also sell furnaces and heat pumps?

Yes. Many boiler installers sell other equipment too. We focus the campaigns on the boiler and hydronic work you want more of, and can coordinate with broader HVAC marketing through HVAC.Agency.

Do you work in French?

Yes, for Quebec and bilingual markets. Quebec has specific French-language rules for commercial advertising and websites, and French copy should be written or reviewed by a fluent writer.

How do we get started?

Call, text or email with your website, service area and the boiler jobs you want more of. We usually reply within one business day and can start the free trial straight away.

Questions about cost

Short answer: plans from $2,998 a month and websites from $3,500, in Canadian dollars plus GST/HST by province.

Most owners want to know two things: what they'll pay us, and what they'll pay Google. Our fee covers strategy, setup, content, management and reporting. Ad spend is separate and goes directly to Google or Meta from accounts in your name. The pricing page breaks down each plan and includes a break-even example, and the guide on what a combi boiler lead should cost helps you set your own target.

Questions about contracts and ownership

Short answer: no lock-in, and everything we build for you is yours.

The two worst things an agency can do to a boiler installer are tie them into a long contract and keep control of their accounts. We do neither. Your website, domain, ad accounts, analytics and Business Profile stay in your company's name. If you decide to leave, you take them with you, along with the content we've written.

A practical tip for any agency you hire: before you sign, ask in writing who will own the Google Ads account and the website. If the answer is vague, walk away.

Questions about timing and results

Short answer: paid campaigns work in days, map listings in weeks to months, SEO in months to a year.

We won't promise a ranking or a lead count. What we will do is tell you what to expect at each stage and show you the numbers every month. Real benchmarks help here: Roma Heating & Cooling grew organic traffic by 400% over 12 months, which is a fair picture of how long serious SEO takes. The results page covers the boiler projects in more detail.

Questions about how we work

Short answer: boiler-only campaigns, a page per service, technician-reviewed content and reporting that ends in cost per install.

We start with a free 7-day review, then propose a plan with costs and priorities. Your technician reviews anything technical before it's published, because boiler owners spot mistakes quickly. Our services hub explains each piece of the work, and the about page introduces Ali Sedighi, MBA, who leads every strategy.

Questions about reporting

Short answer: every report ends with cost per installed boiler, and explains what changes next month.

Reports full of impressions and click-through rates don't help an installer decide anything. Ours show calls, texts and emails by source, the booked estimates and sold jobs you've logged, and the cost per install for each channel. Starter plans include monthly reporting, Growth plans add weekly reporting and Elite adds a real-time dashboard. If a number moves the wrong way, the report says why we think it happened and what we're doing about it. The lead tracking service explains how the data is collected.

Questions about switching from another agency

Short answer: we'll help you recover your accounts and data, then start from what already works.

If a previous agency set up your Google Ads, analytics or Business Profile under its own login, ask them to transfer ownership before you cancel. We can give you a checklist of what to request. Then, during the free trial, we look at what the old setup was doing well, so you don't lose rankings or pages that were already earning calls.

Questions about what we don't do

Short answer: we don't install, repair or service boilers, and we don't give technical, legal or licensing advice.

We're a marketing and business consulting service. When a question belongs with TSSA, Technical Safety BC, the RBQ or another regulator, we'll point you there. When it belongs with a manufacturer or your own technician, we'll say so. That keeps your marketing honest and keeps us in our lane.
